Upper 30s is a possibliity (considering we've had one high above 40 this month in MKE, upper 30s is warm and will feel quite warm, trust me). That's, by far, the lowest reading ever after March 15. It's also the lowest reading after March 6 (when the AO was -6.114 in 1970). Congrats...us?
