LSE: 7.5"

DVN: 7.7"

MSN: 10.2"

MKE: 13.4"

ORD: 11.2"

Geos: 16.6"

Alek: 10.5"

LAF: 6.0"

DTW: 5.6"

max snowfall at a location near the lakeshore between Waukegan and Kenosha ... about 18.0"

I don't really know where Geos or Alek are located, can somebody confirm? I am guessing from past reports based on Waukegan to Zion for Geos and west Chicago for Alek. Will edit if those are way off the mark.

This storm came in over my location on the west coast Thursday-Friday and dropped well over 3" of rain here, so it's juicy. We had either R or R+ for about 24 consecutive hours. Would go higher for LAF but think it will become a sleet storm there.

(edit at 9:30 pm CST -- increased LAF 4 to 6" and DTW 4.5" to 5.6" due to southward drift on latest guidance ... don't think it will change the rest of the totals much).

(edit at 10:15 pm CST -- increased Alek to 10.5" since he won't reveal his secret location, but figure it must be further north looking at other forecasts in relation to ORD).
