Coast should expect a mix and even heavy rain, IMO, through about 4-7pm.

After that is the show.

Hope the euro and hi-res models which have 1"+ of liquid after that are correct. If they are, we all get 12"+.

If the gfs/ggem/ukie are right, we get 4"-8".

If we switch before 4pm, then it's possible we get 20".
