Went up north Oct 9-12th and the color was at peak, actually past peak in a few places (we are now at peak here in SE MI...will try to take some pics here this week too). It was blustery and November-like, but the cold and clouds & rain showers didnt dampen the color, and I was also treated to some snow! Below are pics on the drive up to Mackinac, October 9, 2012
