OSUmetstud
I'm surprised their record is so low...I believe Juneau's record in SE AK is around 200". I can't seem to find the specific number.
isohume
The official record should have an asterisk due to tsunami debris enhancement.

PANC actually gets downsloped quite a bit. You'd think the snowfall would be higher, but a lot of the snow dumps on the arm to the south.

Hmm okay that makes sense...downsloping on a north wind? I figured the storm track and cold air would be ample.

They'll be 35 with rain and winds gusting to 35kts from the se and the next hour they'll be 28 with 1 1/4 sm -sn. They get a lot of light snow at 1 mile vis. It's not often they report mdt or hvy snow.
