About this blog
A strong low pressure system will move across the Central plains, then towards the northeastern states by Tuesday. Isolated elevated storms will not be as severe, but is capable of producing heavy rain/downpours. Deep moisture will emerge from the warm subtropical waters which will add fuel to the developing weather systems. Dew point temperatures will range between the low 50's and low 60's tomorrow. These dew point values are adequate enough to provide a moist and unstable layer, which is enough for these cells to produce intense showers. Unfortantely, CAPE(aka. Convective Avaliable Potential Energy) values will range between 250-750 kg/Joules, which is very low. This explains why the cells will become less severe. The water vapor imagery, shows a mid level shortwave trough developing in the central plains.
Meanwhile, a strong coastal area of high pressure will slowly move up the east coast. This will lead to clear skies and mild temperatures. This high pressure system will
